Our price is always a flat rate for successful recoveries. We provide free shipping and there is no fee if we don’t recover your data. Any donor parts needed that we don’t already stock are acquired at no cost to you.

A referral is given to a more specialized lab if the repairs fall outside our scope of service. You work with them directly and we don’t earn a commission from the referral. We can also return the drive to you for a $25 charge to cover return shipping.
