The cornerstone of our business is to provide high quality data recovery service for a fixed price. We have no diagnostic fees and provide free shipping. The charge will be $250 when we retrieve the files that you are looking for. There won’t be any additional charges for donor parts.

High Quality Results

Our service standard is to recover data from all read/write heads. This can include replacing hard drive heads to read each platter surface. It also includes running a disk imager for extended time for slow running cases. All files are tested and corrupt files are separated from

Browser Download

You can get your files with just a web browser; however, downloading multiple files will be sent in one large zip file. An FTP client is recommended for large downloads.

FTP Download

Use WinSCP or FileZilla to securely download your files. At a transfer rate of 10MB/s, you can download 250GB in 7 hours. Please check your Internet service plan for download limits or overage charges.

Ordering A New Drive

If you prefer, we can ship the data in a drive of your choosing. Select any drive available with Amazon.ca Prime. The cost of the drive will be added to your work order balance.
