    Description:
      This command retrieves and displays channel Status List status information.
  
    Input Parameters:
  
      0 - Threshold number, or Action
  
          This parameter indicates which threshold to set, or it may indicate an action:
            0 Set bits in error threshold
               Parm 1 = minimum number of bits in error to be logged
  
            1 Set iterations threshold
               Parm 1 = minimum number of iterations for entry to be logged
  
            2 Set erasures threshold
               Parm 1 = minimum number of erasures for entry to be logged
  
            3 Set low LLR count threshold
               Parm 1 = minimum low LLR value for entry to be logged
  
            4 Set LLR soft sum threshold
               Parm 1 = minimum LLR soft sum for entry to be logged
  
            5 Set LLI status threshold
               Parm 1 = minimum LLI status for entry to be logged.  Even through the
                        status is actually a bit mask, the threshold function treats
                        it as a value.
  
            7 Set threshold mode:
               Parm 1 = 0, threshold mode off
               Parm 1 <> 0, threshold mode on
  
            8 Wrap mode:
               Parm 1 = 0, wrapping disabled
               Parm 1 <> 0, wrapping enabled
  
            9 Set thresholds to maximum.
  
            A Parm 1 = 0, BCI logging offline (and ready for diag use)
              Parm 1 <> 0, BCI logging online (ready for R/W subsystem use, diags locked out)

     Where
             BBBB is the minimum number of bad bits to enable a log entry.
  
             IIII is the minimum number of iterations to enable a log entry.
  
             EEE is the minimum number of erasures to enable a log entry.
  
             LLLL is the minimum number of low LLR values to enable a log entry.
  
             SSSS is the minimum LLR soft sum to enable a log entry.
  
             TTT is the minimum LLI status (treated as an integer, not a mask) to
             enable a log entry.
  
             YY is the minimum Sync threshold value.  Note that the lower bit is the
             marginal missed sync bit, and the upper bit is the missed sync bit.
  
             XABLED is either "enabled" or "disabled".
  
      Example #1:
      To disabled logging by setting all thresholds to maximum:
