    This batch file attempts to verify that the level 1 serial port diagnostic commands
    can be executed.

    Test the processor and buffer memory access commands by reading and writing buffer
    memory locations.  The processor memory commands access the buffer locations using
    their addresses in the processor memory space.  The buffer memory commands use the
    buffer addresses.  The locations being used are in a Buffer SIM file that is owned
    by the diagnostics.
